A women-led micro-enterprise that turns raw materials into premium incense sticks & dhoop cones — creating sustainable household income right at home.
The FWF Agarbatti Unit programme establishes small community production units where women manufacture hand-rolled agarbatti (incense sticks) and dhoop cones using raw bamboo sticks, charcoal powder, natural fragrance oils, and binding agents. Each unit typically employs 8–12 women who work flexible hours from their homes or a shared community space.
FWF provides raw material linkage, quality training, packaging design, and off-take marketing support — connecting units directly to religious stores, wholesale buyers, and e-commerce platforms.
